WEEK 9

Building the platform.

We’ve worked out the perfect idea and we’ve conducted market research to create the perfect offering. Now we need to look at building the actual platform. Where should you host your community? What are the pro’s and con’s of each platform? What do I personally use and why is it good? Choosing the software for you.

PROGRAMME BREAKDOWN:
WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Week 0: Not technically a week of it’s own but during the first couple of days of the programme starting we will all get together on a group Zoom so that everybody can get to know each other and explain what they want to get out of the programme.

Week 1: Perfecting your idea

Why choose a membership model? How to know if your idea is good? We look at the story of The Coven and work out how to mould your idea into something with real potential. This week we really focus on your idea and make it the best possible idea it can be to ensure success.

Week 2: Building a brand around your idea.

In this session we dive into what makes a great brand, everything you need to know about branding and work out what our own brand is going to look like.

Week 3: Market research and tailoring your offering.

We focus on the importance of having a strong USP for your membership. We’ll also learn about the power of market research and how to conduct your own to ensure you are offering exactly what your audience needs.

Week 4: Finances & Money.

We go through everything you need to know about the finances of launching a membership platform. The startup costs, the ongoing costs. What costs should you look out for that you might not have been aware of? What to charge? How do you work out how much your membership should cost? Do you price low or high? What other revenue streams should I be looking at with my membership business? Everything financial will be covered in this session.

Week 5: Building the platform.

How do you work out which one out of hundreds of hosting sites is the one for you? What do I personally use and why is it good? Choosing the software for you.

Week 6: Marketing the damn thing and building an audience.

How do we market it? How to start to build and grow an audience whom we can sell too? Is it better to operate on a waitlist basis or keep doors open to new members constantly? Using Instagram, growing an audience and choosing your platform. Creating your own marketing plan.

Week 7: The bits and bobs.

This session will be covering all of the things you finally need to know to get on your way with your membership. We’ll look at things such as trademarking, your terms and conditions, late fees, customer service, insurances, taxes, staff and much, much more.

Week 8: Live Q&A session.

In this final training session we go over all the questions that you may still have. We talk about topics that have come up in everyones 1-2-1 coaching sessions and we ensure that ALL of you are feeling pumped and excited to launch your membership.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

8 x live training sessions: Every other Monday you will have a live training session which will take you through step by step how to launch your membership site. You will have a workbook per week with homework to be completed.

9 x 1-2-1 coaching session: Every other week, after your live session, you will have a 30-minute call with Sapphire to go over your completed homework and work on putting what you learned into action. Plus 1 follow up session of the same length after the course has ended to ensure you’ve got all of the help you need to launch your membership.

Whatsapp Group: Meet the other attendees on the course and enjoy the journey together. You’ll also be able to ask questions and support each other. The group will continue long after the course is over. Please note the group is optional and nobody will be forced to join if they’d like to keep their idea private. From running the programme previously we have found this to be a highlight for many of our attendees, working through the programme and starting something alongside others doing the same thing can be invaluable.

Email support 24/7: Sapphire will be on hand, via email, every step of the way. On top of your coaching sessions you will be able to get help and ask questions as you work your way through the programme whenever you need.

NEXT START DATE

The next programme will run from 10th May to 20th August 2021.

The programme will run for roughly sixteen consecutive weeks, one week with live training and coaching and the following week to action the things you have learnt and we have discussed.

The live training sessions will take place on every other Monday (beginning on 10th May) at 6pm but don’t worry, you can watch the sessions back at a time that is convenient for you if you’re unable to attend (but remember you’ll have homework to complete each week after watching!).

You must be committed to doing this and have free time available for your 1-2-1 coaching sessions with Sapphire every other week on a Thursday or a Friday.

THE INVESTMENT

The programme is £2,500 and requires a deposit of £500 to secure your spot.

You can either pay the full remaining balance of £2,000 before the course begins on 10th May 2021 or we have three payment plans available.

Option: 1: Pay over two months. This payment plan includes a non-refundable deposit of £500 to confirm your spot followed by 2 monthly payments of £1,050.00.

Option 2: Pay over four months. This payment plan includes a non-refundable deposit of £500 to confirm your spot followed by 4 monthly payments of £547.50.

Option 3: Pay over six months. This payment plan includes a non-refundable deposit of £500 to confirm your spot followed by 6 monthly payments of £376.67.

If you’re a Coven member you receive £100 off the total price.

BEFORE WE START

This week is all about getting organised and settled in…

1. Book your first session with me for next week where we’ll have our introduction session. I’ll get to find out where you are at, what you’ve done so far and what parts you’re most unsure of so I know how I can help you most and we’ll begin working on your idea.

2. Download the workbooks which you will be working on A LOT over the next two months and have a look through.

3. Watch the introduction videos and take a browse through the bonus content such as the business plan and the Q&A’s with membership owners.

4. Introduce yourself in the whatsapp group (if you’ve decided to be in there!)

5. Download and familiarise yourself with Zoom ready for our first live session in week one.

Don’t fear, it isn’t all over. After our six weeks together is up we will still be in contact. You will have one more coaching session with me roughly a month after the course has ended (or you can delay this till later down the line if you would like too) and you will be able to email me whenever you like to ask questions and get feedback or help. You will also get access to my coaching sessions should you ever need to sit back down in the future, face to face to discuss anything.

I’ll continue to be on hand to help going forward!

After our eight weeks together is up we will still be in contact. You will have two more coaching sessions with me, one in August and one in September (or you can delay these till later down the line if you would like too) and you will be able to email me whenever you like to ask questions and get feedback or help. You will also get 50% off my coaching sessions should you ever need to sit back down in the future, face to face to discuss anything. I’ll continue to be on hand to help going forward!

Building a brand around your idea.

In this session we dive into what makes a great brand, everything you need to know about branding and how it is not just about a pretty logo. We will work out what our own brand is going to look and sound like. If you’ve already got your branding we will analyse how well it is working for you and how it can be improved to ensure it’s the best it can possibly be. We will also discuss the world of personal branding and being the face of your brand.

WEEK 2

Week 2: Nailing Instagram

In this session, we dive into the inner workings of Instagram (focused on Instagram but applicable to any social media) and how to make it work best for you and your business. We’ll chat algorithms, engagement, growing a loyal following and selling things online.

WEEK 3

Market research and tailoring your offering

We focus on the importance of having a strong USP for your online business. We’ll also learn about the power of market research and how to conduct your own to ensure you are offering exactly what your audience needs.

WEEK 4

How to have an incredible launch

This week we focus on all things launching. We learn how to put together a good launch that you can apply no matter what the product or service that you want to launch next is. This knowledge will stick with you for life!

WEEK 5

Sales funnels – the good, the bad, the ugly

Week five, your penultimate week, we learn all about sales funnels. What they are, why they are important and how to seamlessly integrate them into your own business.

WEEK 6

The Think Tank

For our final week, we have the powerful group Think Tank, this is where we all get together for a two hour Zoom meeting. The aim of this think tank is to allow all of you on the programme to connect and to get feedback on what you’re doing from everyone else. This is when we put what we’ve learnt to the test. We’ll all have the opportunity to explain what we do and get advice from others. There is nothing like discussing what you do with a group of likeminded people, it can be just what you need to feel pumped up and motivated to make your business the best it can possibly be.
