Cultivating Your Career in a Crisis
Cultivating a fulfilling career isn’t about the big moments, the promotions or a new job – it’s about the small steps you take every day to make a career that works for you.
During a time of crisis, whether that is a work specific one or a global pandemic, it’s more important than ever to take time out of your day to day to reflect on how you approach your work.
It’s only by tending to our career every day, doing the work, that we achieve big results in the long run and now more than ever we need to be taking those small steps.
During this one-hour workshop, Career Fulfilment Coach Laura Cloke will help you to create a space to reflect on what you need in your career right now. Using tools and techniques from the world of coaching she will help you to create a plan to sow the seeds for a fulfilling career in the long term.
