I started my career in social media when I co-managed and piloted the first UK American Express Twitter page with enormous success. Following this accomplishment, I was instrumental in luxury brand Relais and Chateaux growing their Twitter and Facebook followings. In 2017, I established my own consultancy, Leila Michele, so I could focus on my passion: Working with small businesses. I specialise in working with local and high street businesses to achieve a strong online presence across social channels, built around our brand's unique and distinctive personality. Me and my team are passionate about creating and implementing social media; email and content marketing strategies that help brands become a better, more established business while authentically and effectively connecting with potential clients/customers and relevant online communities.
